There are more Turanist nationalists among Hungarians compared to Finns, which is kind of ironic since Hungarians have less East Eurasian admixture. Finns usually deny and get angry when someone points out that they score Siberian.

No, you are dreaming. Usually Finns know nothing about stupidity wars in internet. Then in internet, what I have seen mostly the Finns want to be from the Ural region. Also Finnish scientists tend to hide western roots. For example our leading geneticists study only our eastern roots. Look at the project SUGRIGE. For the unknown reason sounds like they ended the project 2 years ago. I've got some later information from foreign researchers, though.

Well, I admit that I am basing this on what I have read on Internet forums, but so is also the case with Hungarians. I found a Finnish researcher who kind of admits the "Siberian" (but omits in the Swedish SVT article that Western Finns have it too):

Anyway, I think that Turanism makes even less sense for Hungarians than Turks (and it doesn't much for them either), seeing as Hungarians have less East Eurasian admixture.
