mortimer, sincerely. i know everyone has ups and downs in their lives, some more or less than others.

but you should have one goal atm: lose weight and get in shape. i am not trying to be disparaging, but your entire outlook/psychological state/mental well being plus obviously your body will change for the better. seriously dude, just spend all the time you spend here walking, stretching, doing situps/pushups/burpees w/e and then aim to go to a gym regularly for an extended period of time. if you did this hard for 6 months you would probably mostly seem like a normal person.

I think I cant really though because I lack the full thickness. I have a weak beard. The length grows quickly, but the thickness isnt there, it is not "full". Any ideas?
