According them, L21 in Scandinavia and Iceland are mainly DF49 (Typical irish clade) and DF21 (Typical scottish clade), also seems to be that DF63 is not insular at all, but more common in Brittany.
L664 is frisian IMHO, and would make a lot of sense according the historic movement and the frequency of that clade. I think L664 came to England alongside U106 and DF19.
