In the last picture yes, but seen her in the street would give me a foreign vibe. Of course I, living in Finland, can detect smaller differences than average forumites. Facial features are more than skull dimensions, nose or eye structures. In this case also her nose looks strange, but eyes look Finnish.

She don't have anything Russian, she is from rural area were Russians barely live, mostly in urban area, plus local Russians don't look like that. Her mother by the way is from the village of my father, and she clearly looks like her, except the skin pigmentation and hair color.

You can find women like her in most of Eastern Europe, starting from Romania. But she's not common looking. Something is obviously going on in Romania, Rep. of Moldova, Ukraine, Russia I'm sure the genes of my father gave me this look as well. But it's not that pronounced in my case and her nose is shorter than mine.
I would have mistaken her as Komi / Uralic in general, for sure.
I guess Dr. Maul's sentence perfectly describes the case here (see my signature)
