In Tegus and SPS I think that around 15% can blend in Europe, and probably 10%15% more can do it in Turkey and the Levant.
In the area Copan and Santa Bárbara (west side of the country) there are a good number of castizos and white looking people who pass very well in Europe but for any reasom they pass better in the Balkans, Romania and Ukraine than in the Mediterranean area
There are girls with a look similar to Irina Shaik for example.
The same happens in Chalatenango, El Salvador and in Tilarán, Costa Rica.
It's a very interesting phenomenon.

Yes, that happens sometimes.
Other harnizos or harnizos/castizos look pseudo romanians, pseudo ukranians, pseudo balkaners when they are very light and pseudo turks when they have darker features.
But it's true, some of them when are extremely lights can look pseudo finnish or pseudo estonians.

That is because the standard of beauty in Latin America is a Mediterranean phenotype.

I would also throw in Turkey, the Levant, and the Maghreb in that list too.
