I would also throw in Turkey, the Levant, and the Maghreb in that list too.

Not really, in Brazil Nordids are prefered over our typical caucasian stock, "Southern European", Meds comes at second place, but they are common.

I'm not sure why people here are posting light-eyed, or light individuals. Take it from me, Balkanites in general aren't light. A typical Harinza-Mestiza-Castizno from Latin America wouldn't look off there.
