Another mistake you make is of course you have taken some of those Slavic toponyms in Kosovo that have clearly Albanian versions such as Malisheve, Skenderaj, Drenas, Ferizaj and many others and represented the Slavic versions as more authentic when actually some of these Albanian versions aren't recent change but are actually old and compared them automatically to some non-Slavic names from Albania. it just shows that just like in Albania, Albanians also have their own toponyms for some of these towns in Kosovo regardless if the Serbs have their own versions which aren't used by Albanians anway. Some toponyms of course have entirely been taken from Slavic both in Albania and Kosovo others have changed naturally later and others are older.
Some other micro toponyms of mountains and villages are also Albanian.
Dukagjin for example is certainly an Albanian toponym which refers to large parts of Kosovo and is an old toponym dating back to the medieval period and was also used by the Ottomans when they founded the Sanjak of Dukagjin that included parts of Western Kosovo. This is a case of an old Albanian toponym where Albanians use their own version instead of the Slavic or Greek version such as Metohija. Same can be argued for some of those towns and villages.
