    I think so, big generalisation but especially Lothian and the south east. The Highland clan image became popular throughout Scotland from the 19th century - Scots users please feel free to correct me!

    Cornwall has been swamped by non Cornish so much now, but I'd still say they are pretty 'celtic' culturally if you dig deep enough, similar situation to Brittany I guess

    I guess Scotland, but..apart from the welsh, Celtic peoples in general look pretty Germanic to me since well both Insular Celts and Germanic peoples derive much of their genetic ancestry from the Corded Ware culture of early Bronze age Europe which is why they're genetically very close to one another.
