Both are uglier in real life, but praised on the web. I will choose Polish because Nordo-Pontid/Baltid variations are frequent there.
Bulgarian women are often included in these charts for sexiest women, Serbian on the other hand are renowed for their ...masculinity.
Still I would say Ukrainian are an upgrade of Bulgarian, like Balts are of Poles
