Can you guys read this text in Romanian Cyrillic? The text is in Romanian, so I'm not asking if you understand it, only if you can read it letter by letter.

As someone who's only studied Cyrillic languages, not a native speaker of one, it seems generally readable (assuming, of course, the letters actually do represent the Cyrillic letters they resemble!)

Sure, only officials and clergy knew how to write in the 1600s, the period of this text.

But I'm curious if Serbs and Bulgarians are able to read it.

They do, although the letters in this alphabet are more like a mixture of Cyrillic, Greek and Latin characters, with additional original characters. Still, overall it's mostly Cyrillic.

This alphabet was used only in Wallachia and Moldova.

This text in particular is quite difficult, but looking up some texts online with printed letters I can read most of it.

What is attitude in Romania toward cyrillic script?
It was part of your history and identity, in my opinion you should revive it a bit.
