I agree, handwriting adds difficulty - but not only that, handwriting is a bit different from printed letters in the case of this alphabet, in the sense that one character can be Cyrillic in print and Latin in cursive.

This is printed text in Romanian from 16th century

    These letters are recognizable 70-80%.

What is attitude in Romania toward cyrillic script?
It was part of your history and identity, in my opinion you should revive it a bit.
I need answers like this with an estimate

Well, the writing looks cool, handwriting even more so, but it's not well suited to Romanian. Latin alphabet is far simpler.

Yes, it is understandable that Latin alphabet is simpler since Romanian language belongs to Latin language family.

One interesting fact: Serbian cyrilic letter Џ is borrowed from that former Romanian cyrilic alphabet.

No other cyrillic alphabet (Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Russian) have this letter except Serbian.

    No, they sounds different.

    Џ џ pronounce like "dž", d͡ʒ

Ђ ђ pronounce like "dj", dʑ

It is interesting that one large part of Croats and even Bosnian Muslims dont know to recognize that difference and pronounce it correctly.
So, there is a joke - how to recognize Croat among Serbs? He cannot distinguish and pronounce correctly Џ and Ђ, as well as Ч and Ћ.
