New York (CNN Business)Workers worry that in the not-too-distant future they will be sidelined by humans implanted with performance-enhancing microchips.

Two-thirds of employees believe that in 2035, humans with chips implanted in their bodies will have an unfair advantage in the labor market, according to a Citrix survey of employees in the United States and Europe that was shared exclusively with CNN Business.
Although cyborgs may sound like the stuff of science fiction, they could be here before long.

There was a real prototype by Boeing,

I remember watching some shows about flying cars as a kid, I was anxious to get a driving license soon enough.

Well, my driving license is 10 years old and I probably won't afford a flying car in my lifetime. Dreams are lame.

Musk wants to do it with Neuralink.

His goal is to understand the signals of human brain and create a telepathic network with electronic devices.

It's a long term dream and I'm unsure how this is going to enhance performance/intelligence. We still haven't created reliable neurons that immitate human senses, let alone enhance them.
