To liberate it from occupying Armenian forces, there is a big difference.
As for the ceasefire, I dunno. It's a humanitarian one, won't last long. If the Armenians are smart they all run now as some have started to do.

Since days Armenian MOD claims that Azerbaijani army are surrounded in multiple fronts. But they are fighting 20km west of Jabrail already.... Give it a week it will be a done deal. Shows how Tanks are useless in this age when you have unmanned drones striking at you with precision missiles who are accurate by 1m at worst. The missiles used made by Roketsan.
