No, Azerbaijan has deliberately lied and they use fake information (or propaganda) to malign Armenia. Azerbaijan's oil money, and Turkey's NATO membership are used to their advantage; meanwhile, this has been a genocidal thing, certainly so since last Summer, when Azerbaijan attacked Armenia itself.



This video shows how Azerbaijan's hate propaganda falsely accused Armenians of torturing a wounded prisoner; in fact, they were providing medical attention to the man, and slapped his face to prevent him from falling unconscious. But, Azerbaijan has been doing those kind of lies, since 1992, and they're are many examples. Don't believe them, simply because they say things.

By the way, Turks & Azeri-Turks do take a lot of interest in this kind of thing. Hundreds of them attacked the maker of this video, and flagged him so much that youtube censored his videos. Just click, "I understand and wish to proceed" then watch it, and you'll see that the only thing offensive is that he proves how Azerbaijan is a creepy country.

You shouldn't lie through your teeth like that. Armenians actually backed the Young Turks, and ended the fighting in 1908; their civil war was against the Kurds and Ottoman Sultan (who backed and enabled the Kurds). In February, 1915, Ottoman Armenian Soldiers (who served in the Ottoman Military) were rounded up and Killed; then, in April, 1915, Armenian intellectuals, clergymen, scholars, teachers, and community leaders were rounded up and murdered (by the hundreds); and, Armenian settlements were systematically annihilated and obliterated. It was the Ottoman Young Turks who violated the truce, and started killing women, children and old men.
