I can't talk about Azerbaijan but Turkey is fairly tolerant against non-muslims with an exception as armenians. We don't tolerate armenians as they don't deserve anything positive from our side. We're very good friends with neighbours Bulgaria, Georgia and sea-neighbours Ukraine, Romania, and even Russia. All christian countries.
