Schools in England have been told not to use resources produced by organisations which advocate the abolition of capitalism, a viewpoint the Government has described as an “extreme political stance”.

Department for Education guidance issued for teachers involved in setting the relationships, sex and health curriculum equated anti-capitalism with opposition to freedom of speech, antisemitism and endorsement of illegal activity.
