If this guy had East Asian influence in his phenotype (unless he looked Kazakh), no one would question his ancestry and would just say he's atypical or something. But because he looks like a West Asian ethnicity, he must have some ancestry from there. Even if he did have Armenian ancestry, it'd be so distant that it would be completely irrelevant here. Europeans have mixed ancestry from various Neolithic Age groups (including ones from West Asia). Sometimes, it can show up in their phenotype. Anyways, if he had straighter hair (or was bald) and shaved his face, he'd look less exotic. But yeah, he does look exotic/Armenian, sometimes (rarely) these things can happen.
