There used to be a time in Romania where you could find chocolate ice cream with raspberry/forest fruits/sour cherry syrup. For some reason it's now all vanilla + syrup..

It’s in Ukraine that my husband and myself enjoyed the best ice creams ever, with an inimitable kiwi flavour. It was such a memorable moment to savour them, on the Potemkin Stairs, in Odessa, as the pictures from Einsenstein’s movie the Revolution of 1905 were playing in my head.

I like Oreo. However, since I bought silcone ice cream mold a few months ago, I love to make homemade ice cream. I make with this delicious ice cream using healthy ingredients instead of buying ice cream with industrial ingredients.
