Bihać have problems with migrants for years, it's most affected city with "migrant crisis" in whole Bosnia and Herzegovina.
89% of Bihać population are muslims ("Bosniaks"), and even for them it's hard to live when these savages so called migrants are in their city. Sarajevo don't care for situation and for suffering of native people because of foreign invaders.
In this case religion means nothing. Native people are muslims same as invaders ("migrants"), and there is no islamic solidarity. Bosniensis is from Bihać, and once he said a little measing that locals took weapons and starts shooting on migrants (invaders).

Why did you expect a special solidarity just because Bosniaks and migrants are Muslims ?

These migrants are often leaving their countries precisely because of civil war/conflicts and impoverished situations. In other words, because of lack of mutual aid between Muslims.

In Syria, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen, Libya, Sudan, it's often Muslims killing each other...

In Turkey, there is a latent conflict with Kurds, despite both groups being Muslims. And there are also often tensions with Syrian migrants, despite being Muslims also. Let's not forget also the working conditions of South Asian Muslim workers in Gulf States...

The unity of the Ummah is more symbolic and an ideal to reach, than a concrete reality unfortunately.

Bihac case is unfortunately already impoverished and underdeveloped, migrants are there just because it's the last town before entering the EU (via Croatia). Bihac local population is overwhelmed by the numbers of these migrants, and these migrants themselves don't want to stay there. It's an international problem that sould be dealt between the EU and the states of origin of these migrants, it's not at the level of Bihac or Bosnia, who are powerless.
