How to fight a female?

I’ve had a random thought pop into my head which is what I would do if I ended up in a situation where I’m physically attacked by a female and forced to defend myself. Something tells me this is bound to happen at some point in the future given my propensity to get into trouble.

Running away or pleading for her to stop is unmanly so that’s not an option. I’d have to fight back but how? Striking a woman is too crass so no punching or kicking. You also don’t want to leave a mark. That means the only way is to wrestle her to the ground and make her give up but that involves getting close, which is a probably because I’m 90% sure they’d just use that as an opportunity to pull my hair(if you’ve seen me you know what I’m talking about).

Probably would catch her hands strong, if it was a toxic relationship I would "hug" her from behind so she cant do anything with her hands and wait until she goes calm XD
