An average Anatolian Turk neither have Balkan nor Caucasian heritage. Worthy note that it may be depend on what we understand from Anatolia. Because NE Anatolians are Caucasian-like already, and other regions show varying degree of similarity as well. But these are just similarities and does not indicate a direct mix from Caucasian region.

However, it may be present at individual level oftenly as Anatolia have been destination of the migrations of Balkan, Caucasian Turks and Muslims.

Different etnicities in Turkey usually settle as groups in Turkey there can be Bosniak, Albanian, Circassian, Tatar villages. Some of them can be mixed villages of native Turks(Yörük, Chepni, Manav) ,Circassians or other Caucasus people, Tatars and Balkanites. People usually mix more in cities.

No, an average Anatolian Turk has no Balkan or Caucasian ancestry. But Turkey is ethnically too diverse. Turkey is at most 60% Turkish(if we exclude mixed Turks). Because many ethnicities came and settled in Anatolia, from Bosniaks to Circassians. Also there are many mixed individuals in Turkey like Turkish-Kurdish, Circassian-Tatar, Bosniak-Albanian etc. mixes.

Many anatolian turks are married to Balkan and Caucasian people in metropolitan cities and we can include western anatolian cities in this. There are mostly anatolian turks in the area where my family comes from, but these people mostly forgot their balkan roots. this wasn't spoken because their ancestors from the balkans were also Turkish. Today, anatolian turks marry with all ethnicities. Maybe 30 years later, there will be no seperation of balkan and anatolian turkish people
