You are right to me it is not wrong. And in serbia it is normal for most people. When I was 20 I was drinking in serbia with 40 year old dudes who bragged they fucked a 16 year old. And in serbia when you are in high school no one will think he cannot fuck her maybe now it is different because of european law but it was like that.
