I already did. It was long ago back in Spain, when I was living in there.
One of my brothers was dating a girl he was not very interested in, and he started introducing us, and we start having long conversations, until we ended up being together.
She actually wasn't his official girlfriend, but kind of a short affair.

Only child here but even if I had a brother I would never do that.
I wouldn't date a friend's ex, too, if they are newly separated. If they have separated long ago and there isn't really a feeling anymore, maybe. But an ex of your brother - hell no.
