what should the female dress code be in schools/universities??

I think that girls/women have become too provocative In theyr clothing style. And theyr distracting male students in the classroom!!

No piercings.
No earrings.
No cat ears.
No tiaras.
No leather clothing items.
No excessive pink.
no skirts above knee,

No heels. Short or high

no jeans with holes,
no makeup,
always wear a bra, but no push up.
No chokers.
No hair dyeing.
