    As I said, Sucre state gets more African the more east you go, buts get more mestizo (still many triracials and some few griffes here and there, but lots of mestizos too) the more west you go. Cumana, the state capital is in the very west of the state. Notice how there are also lots of mestizos in these videos from a Madurista meeting in Cumana:
