You are a free thinker who is able to form her own opinion. Not a herd animal. Sadly many people aren't genuine, usually driven by peer pressure.

I am very educated about nutrition and whats healthy or not.

Your diet will make you lack so many vital macros and minerals, you will be unhealthy af.

Do you force your kid to adapt a vegan or worse frutian diet?
My niece was raised on vegetarian diet, not only is she super healthy, she's also tallest girl in her class. And she is growing up in countryside.

i watched a documentary that shows what goes on in the dairy industry (obviously i knew what the meat industry is like, but i didn't think the dairy industry was just as bad). yes the purpose of livestock is for food supply but i sometimes feel guilty eating animals, especially after spending a lot of time at my grandparents' farm in greece and taking care of their chickens and sheep every day. i personally don't like the taste of meat in general so i just decided to cut it out of my diet, although i do eat it occasionally. i don't eat dairy bc it's not good for my skin and after watching that documentary it gave me even more reason to cut it out.

I am infact prefer buying meat from animals that are kept outside and not in industrial cages.

The lack of sunlight, the unnatural food, the stress, the medication etc are bad for the animals but most importantly you can taste how it alters the quality of the meat and how the antibiotics damage you.

Being the tallest doesnt mean being healthy, explain me the nutritional benefits of your diet, come on if you are so educated about your new lifestyle that will last for maximum 1 month.

I generally oppose it. But as as first step I against factory farms, and I read they may be banned in the future.
There is a difference between animal living normal life outside and those held in cages who never see sunlight until day of their slaughter and are mistreated in every possible way, hardly imaginable for average person.

I oppose killing of both, but am realistic and for now I would like to fight against factory farming.

It's been a couple years now since I've stopped eating meat. Discovering and trying out various substitutive foods has been very fun, and actually, quite tasty too. Wouldn't call myself a leftist, but not a rightist either. Kinda apolitical.
Cool! And what was your motivation for not eating meat?
