To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if California has been getting away with fraud for years now. That just seems to be what happens in any area where Democrats take power. Cities like Philadelphia, Detroit and especially Chicago were already well known for cheating, but mail-in ballots gave them a much bigger opportunity for that.
