to public crowds, in person: 1/10 (not because I cannot do it, but I hate it, my heart beats faster, I blush etc)

to public crowds, online: 5/10 (average, much easier to do than in person)

to strangers, in person: 10/10 (no problem to speak to other people in any normal social situation - on the street, in the bus, at work etc)

to people I know: 6/10 (by now I know how the people I know interact and most of them are very frustrated with their own selves probably, since they started to act arrogant and stubborn and try to make everyone around feel bad or they even insult them, for which in the past years I've avoided some of the people I know, although we do meet every now and then (once a year, twice, three times at most maybe), but I am not doing any effort anymore, I focus on my household/family and my hobbies outside the working hours, or I go to places where I can interact with people with same hobbies, online and offline, like on here for my fellow anthrotards or to a book fair or to a public conference on history topics etc, to which I don't need to keep close friendship; I don't feel like putting up with the shitty behaviour of some of my old friends, which are growing into old single farts, and those with families are growing into old frustrated solitary farts I'm also happier since I closed my Facebook account, I can spend that time with my daughters, decorating around the house or reading about a subject I love)

i keep it to a minimum with people i know im not going to get along with so like a 1 or 2/10 with those but with people i do get along i can be so talkactive that that it gets annoying for everyone who isnt involved, so 9 or 10/10?

im quite a 0 or 100 person, no in between and i tend to get along mostly with high energy people, even though i can seem like quite the opposite when im not around such people
