Various decades (from 40s till 80s). What did surprise me when browsing the pictures? A clear shortage of men with mustache ... I'd think it was very popular back in the day.
In the 1st picture you can see the football team from the city in Zabrze (Silesia) in 1963.

Arbitrary exhausted Wehrmacht soldiers in 1945, meanwhile just defending their country and people. They know that they will lose and they carry on while most people in the world would not have done. Zero enthusiasm, but steadfastness. All this is expressed in the faces. I love that pic.
