Does anyone know how to get the Mtdna from AncestryDNA? I've heard there's a possibility.

I tried it and it showed me ERROR: This program requires the text version of the raw data. Please unpack the zip file and upload the txt file.

Then I uploaded the text file and it showed me :

ERROR: Unable to read any markers from the uploaded file. Please make sure you are uploading the correct file and try again.
