Well, for everyone really, politics is a give and take system: there is no perfect political candidate who matches 100% of someone's ideology. But you have to pick the person you feel is best or fits as many of your wants as possible
For them, sure Trump is pro Israel, but they also probably like 80% of the other things he does. Plus, only a minority of his supporters are anti-Israel I'd say.

People aren't all one issue voters. Israel probably isn't that big of a concern to them compared to other things like immigration.
