Can this Mexican pass as U.S amerindian?

If you didn't knew he was Mexican what would you say?I think he has a very U.S american amerindian look like the ones from those casinos and many from Utah -Arizona-NM etc. I was very surprised by the amount low native and high European DNA .

I think he looks more native, I've met full U.S amerindians and jokingly have told me they can spot a Mexican from miles away.

In the U.S yes, but not where I'm from North east Mexico most my 23andme cousins are 80% European but they live In Monterrey downside the (Texas border)
