Educated non muslim foreigners in limited number without citizenship is okay. They would have permission to live here for 1-2 years. If this foreigner picked up a local native boyfriend/girlfriend then she/he can choose to stay in Europe alone or she/he must go with his/her partner out of Europe.

I support immigration only in a controlled way, and only in small numbers from certain countries.
But the best would be if people outside of Europe simply didn't stay here.
