People from non-hostile European countries are welcome, if they have job skills (any), won't depend on state assistance, and are willing to assimilate/integrate into Croat society in few generations.
Catholic Slavs with conservative political views are preferred (cultural and linguistic similarity), but not necessarily, currently most ideal immigrants for us are Ukrainians. But only limited immigration.
If they immigrate they'd be needed to sign loyalty oath and be ready to fight for Croatia in case of need (men).

Return of Croatian disapora should be a priority.

I'm not open for migration of non Europeans, except in individual cases as well as against migration of Europeans from hostile countries except individually.

Individual cases when I'd accept immigrant regardless of his background: marriage for Croatian citizen, University Teachers/Scientists etc. and other highly valuable above average people which can help progress in Croatia but ofcourse if they show willingness for integration and show loyalty.
