That's just how they roll by nature, they're toxic and there's no way to avoid it. I've seen similar at work but instead of ganging up on me it was on a nice older lady who wouldn't hurt a fly. Disgusting behaviour

I was flirty with one. She was flirty back but didn't like how I wanted to just be friends (b/c I was recovering from another shit relationship) and she then went ape shit & turned everyone against me for revenge (she has manager status so a lot of power).

I wouldn't get romantically involved with a workmate unless you don't care if you could be fired and not allowed back because of it.

Regarding "act like a man", this is cultural as well but since Romanian women like "manly" men as well, they might say that too - it's contextual and unless it's a ridiculous situation you might actually want to ask yourself why she said that and if it made sense. If it was just to get you to do sth she wants, it's just abuse.

Finding one that won't do it, I don't know, I think it's just a matter of checking for red flags in the initial stages - i.e if a woman would talk about how she'd emotionally manipulate their parents to do her bidding, I'd be cautious.

They can act like this, I experienced it in my last job at time when I was already 50, but if you are young, handsome and spread testosterone around you they never do it. This was my experience.

Dump them easy, why you want to stay around people that are retarted. Relationships are there for a reason, to find the one that has it all, I know it's almost impossible to find, but there are girls that you can see that are good hearted and arent messed up in head.
