Attraction is always ultimatly a subjective thing.
But in reality he would have (unless his personality/character totally stinks) no issues getting girlfriends as he has obtained a body that is somewhat difficult to obtain so there are many girls who would just be happy to be on his arm to show off to their girlfriends how they got a BF with muscley body. Even if he isnt considered in this forum by females the most handsome his physique will/has given him status and he will get certain chicks. I think his physique is good but from these pics face is maybe a bit above avg not outstanding handsome level but not ugly.
There is a gym not far from where I live and a walking area where many gym users go for walks, I have seen guys like him walking with their shirts off and usually with some gym bunny girl/bimbo walking beside them.

Females are like this in general, it's something baked into female sexuality. Come to think of it, from a biological standpoint it makes some sense, reproduction is more costly in females than males, so they are instinctively prone to be more demanding than us.

Dude on the opening post doesn't have a particularly good face and I remember saying this before, but I have the impression extreme ripped bodies are more of a gay man's thing.

Women are like that in general. It cracks me up because women know to give low grades to some objectively good looking men, but at the same time these men wouldn't turn their heads or look at them in the street.
