I'm leaning to mamothreftos culture (mommy's boy), obviously he is not wrong about most sociopolitical affairs out there but at the same time he is trying to be edgy and feels insecure. I dare to believe that he doesn't express himself that openly in public but who does anyways. He is pretty young too.

I openly express my views in public. I've met with my classmates in uni multiple times and we've discussed in political issues as well. Everyone respects my views because I'm respectful as well. But they also are respectful, so why not?

I would certainly not care about a monastery with plato bibliography burning (in the sense that you mean, literally speaking i would care about a monastery burning with or without platos bibliography) as long as this monastery and the monks it hosts have not more in common with plato and his views/mindset than a bag of potatoes having the same bibliography in it does, and as long as its relations to plato are limited to just storing its bibliography, or bibliography being read by people not willing to understand

So, its not that i see no deeper, but more likely that i am too realist to see depth when this depth that you (delusionally) see does not exist
