Depends on the pictures. A fairly % of these pictures, you can't mistake them collectively as anything else than english, but I think that in some of them you could believe that they were from Normandy, Pas-de-Calais or even Alsace.

That's Tony Greig, South African of Scottish descent.

Quite a few in these teams would be Aussies, Kiwi's, Saffers, and English from other areas, but it gives a decent picture, and SE England has been flooded with people from other parts of Britain and Ireland for centuries anyway.

no and no, of course there are Germanic faces but 85% of them pass better in Ireland than in Denmark, it's hard to find English people that cannot pass as Irish

Nordisch-Westisch or Westisch mit Nordische einschlag
    In other words: Atlantid type

Irish people have a lot of Germanic input themselves.

I think many English people have distinct facial features that are not seen as much in Ireland, hair colour is more similar to Ireland than it is to Denmark among the British but many individuals would not easily pass among the Irish, some examples here i don't think would pass:

A lot of the Germanic influence in Ireland comes from English people though. Leinster Irish have a fair bit of English influence, which makes them look even more similar.

According to the Viking paper Ireland has around 20% Germanic, Southeast/Core England around 40%, and Scotland/Wales are between those.

These numbers look very close to what racial anthropology shows. England has VERY STRONG Germanic influence (from both Anglo-Saxons and Danes) but majority element is not Germanic. The only areas where Germanic element is dominant in phenotype outside Scandinavian countries are:

    - Schleswig/Holstein
    - Northern Netherlands
    - Northern Saxony

Outside those regions, Germanic element is in minority: a very weak one in Baden/Alsace, a strong one in East England (but still not dominant)
