I took the "subway" to a mall to get myself a 10 kg dumbbell.

I tried afew reps at the mall around 10 with one hand.

I carried it all the way to the cashier, walked out of the mall to the train station, stood on the train throughout the ride, went back home from my stop without putting it down

My forearms were so worn out that I couldn't even do a single bicep curl rep with proper form.

But I tried all sorts of exercises with it, which put some pressure on the bicep region like concentration curls with elbow on the table and hammer curls.

I do feel some pain.

Please just do curls with proper form.
