I voted East African before I looked at the photos, because I thought it meant Nilotid, but the photos were of woggish ladies who looked more Ethiopid. Both in Europe and in Africa, people look more degenerated and woggish in the regions that are closer to the Fertile Crescent where the ancestors of people have been agricultural longer.

Even among the more Nilotid looking East Africans, uglier people look more Ethiopid, like for example the girl on the right in the photo below, who has a more elongated face, more prominent eyelids, higher orbits, lower canthal tilt, and a higher bridge of the nose.

But post normal, natural women, not women who look like painted rubber dolls and with hips so wide that they seem to be able to give birth to elephants.

Eritrean and Somali women are usually very thin and tall, the ones you have posted do not have the typical body of those areas.

And as for the North African women, an ordinary Moroccan without makeup is much more pleasant to see than any of the ones you have posted, they are extremely exaggerated.
