Your weight loss is evident from how you were 1-2 years ago, good job on that mate. Once you lose the rest of it you'll be even better off. You said you developed a jaw deformity earlier on, are there any treatment options for it?

braces for example. you wear it 7 - 12 months and it gets better

Because I never thought I am and as teenager and young man I was often complimented for example by female friends of my sister, or my family friends, but now some say they are only being friendly

Definitely do that and get braces first of course. I use retainers, my teeth were nasty before brace + retainer treatment. Mangled, had extras, crowded etc. Now they’re very good apart from hairline fractures in my two front teeth after faceplanting into concrete when I was 12

I would not call you ugly. Yes, there are things that can be improved upon (and you're working on them, which is awesome!). I wouldn't say you're hot or sexy or anything. I like your complexion and your hair color goes well with it. If I had to rate you out of 10 (I've never rated anyone a 10), I'd give you a 4 or 5.

I have to say, though. It's more about personality for me than physical attributes. I know that's cliché and corny and people say that crap all the time, but it is true. I would pick a funny, caring and kind 4 over a narcissistic, self-indulgent 10 any day!
