One of those 6-8% non-White native Spaniards. And I say this as a Spaniard. But, the rest, over 90% incuestionable white, unless someone just considers germanic looking people as white, then, half of centralEuropa and 20-30% of northern Europa are not white either.

He is from the Basque country which is why i said Spanish lol, clearly his parents probably migrated to the region at some point, that is not to say though that there are no native Basques with a similar complexion, many Northern Spaniards and Portuguese are also surprisingly dark considering the latitude they are from, there is little difference in dark types from North to south though pale skin is more uncommon in the South. In Madrid earlier this year when i visited phenotypes among local people where very varied but the majority there could pass in Southern France with no problem.

I know it, I am from basque Country, they are also 100% basques darker than him.

Really? My mums family are from Alicante, this man is typical of that region but even there no more than 10% are that dark and he is pretty much as dark as native Spaniards get i think, unless you can post some examples.
