Nothing unusual that people moving away from war, same happened with Kosovo Serbs and all other ethnicites during other Yugoslav wars. Civilians moving away from war to not become "collateral damage".

Here is Albanian refugees coming in Montenegro, a republic which was controled by Milošević as well.

When we look at the ethnic map of Kosovo and the one from 1990, we can clearly see who expelled whom from there. If we had expelled you when necessary, we would have prevented the removal of organs from our civilians in the Yellow House, we would have prevented the March 2004 pogrom, we would have prevented the desecration and demolition of our graves, churches and monasteries, we would have prevented terror against our people and Islamization of our historical land. But as you can see, we didn't.

Yeah even demographic from 1990 would show that Albanians are more than 80%. And moving Serbs to Mitrovica region was also an coincidence? You want to deny what Serbian police was doing throughout all those years? You want to deny Albanians lost their all rights, couldn't learn Albanian in schools, lost their political parties and that they were fired from all their jobs which were substited by Serbs? I wonder if you would like to live in such a great "Province" where you are basically counted as a 3rd class citizen.

Yeah it's nothing unusual in war but it happened? So if it's normal for a war it's justified ? it's okay to displace people and get them out from their homes? Also you can't even compare numbers of Albanians and Serbs at that point.
