    But in case of adopted people (or without any knowledge of their genealogy) it is great advantage Maybe 23&me assumes that if someone is really sure about his ancestry he orders test not to estimate it but for other reasons (medical, or to find relatives only).

    Tbh I like this update. Most people who take DNA tests don't know how to interpret it. People take their results too literally so this is best.

    I suppose. I think they want to impress people by telling them see we figured out who you are by your DNA

    In other words useless for those who want to know what parts of the world their ancestors came from within the last 2000 years or for those wanting to know how related they are to different peoples from around the world
