I've always been considered "Castaño" (auburn), as the most % of the population (my hair colour in adult age is edium auburn).
Here, people always took attention in the colour hair even more than the skin tone, it's something crazy but it's classic here.
So people for ages was considered "castaños" (auburn haired), "rubios" (blond haired) or "morochos" (jet black/black haired).
Auburn hair is the most common followed by the jet black/black and finally the blond.
But now those classification types don't exist anymore.
Young people don't care about that.

Until 12 yo I was considered "colorado", it's the word which define the redheads, because until 12 I had gingerish hair.

In my country México just the people called me by my name, but sometimes they tell me: Blanquito (Light skinned) sometimes güero and chinito too (Because my hair is wavy and it's another way to use that word lol)

When I was I child my grandma called me: "Canelito" because the color of my hair xdd

Growing up in Texas I didn’t look like most Anglos there so I was typically assumed to be Italian, Latina or even Middle eastern.

I'm usually just guessed as some type of Asian or Latino. South Asians can usually tell i'm part South Asian without me saying anything
