It is what happens when parents do not dedicate or do not have enough time to dedicate to their children. But ultimately it comes down to lack of discipline and upbringing. Parents can not be bothered to raise children anymore, children are most often a sexual accident or a life's accessory just like a pet would be to anyone else. It's also important to note that there is in this day & age a very very high rate of single parenting happens across the country. Take this feminism and lack of father figure in a child's life & they are left to only understand moral and social etiquette from the cultural Marxist school system and TV, celebrities and other degeneracy they are exposed to on a daily basis. The days of teaching children how to think are long gone. Today's society is all about social conditioning, pushing ideas and opinions on not just children but anyone lazy enough to not understand the difference to think for themselves.
