What is the job interview question that you hate most?

Communication with a 20-year-old girl-recruiter, who does not understand anything in my area of specialization and asks template questions according to the training manual. You should try to find a way to communicate with your future boss directly.
I had a similar experience once, at 22 years old. I hope never again.

A recruiter (who doesn't understand anything about what s/he asking for) asking to a Software Engineer if s/he understands about things which are not related to the area (things like: "do you know how to fix computers", "do you know about Photoshop", etc).

I'll mention a few questions I've encountered before that I did not like, or I thought were too personal, useless, or stupid. These include "are you a student?", "How old are you?", "If you could be any animal, what animal would you be and why?", "What position are you applying for (lol I listed it on my application).", "Are you okay with doing "X" task?"

That happened to me with a girl who was interviewing me, she straight-up admitted that she didn't know what it is like to work in my field, that was awkward. She wasn't young tho. But she still continued to ask me stupid questions like 'tell me about a time when you did bla bla', I mean what's point of me answering those questions if you're not even going to comprehend my answer.
