Por lo que han publicado en este thread, el aporte SSA en la isla es no menor a 20%. Mayor que el promedio nacional de Colombia, incluyendo costeños.

I believe Cuba is still whiter than Colombia though. I don't agree with the country being majority White like the census says but the percentage of pure Whites is still quite big.

I traveled there 3 years ago and there's quite a lot of Spaniard looking people in Havana mixed in with Mulatos and Blacks. I haven't traveled to Colombia yet though(and it doesn't look like I'll be anytime soon.)

Yo voto por Cuba aunque con la situacion actual del país no estoy muy seguro.

Segun estudios cuba es porcentualmente mas blanca. Pero pienso que la mayoria de esos descendientes de europeos terminaron por emigrar a eeuu o europa y tener alli su descendencia, creo recordar que Marco Rubio o Ted Cruz eran hijos de cubanos.

If we count Cubans currently living in Cuba, Cuba is still considerably European (according to the studies posted in here) and is still whiter (and blacker) than Colombia.

Ted Cruz es solo mitad cubano.
