How should I get my hair done?

I would suggest you to find out your season colour type (if you are not familiar with it) and choose of the recommended hair colours for your type to match your complexion. There are apps or websites to which you upload your pic and they analize your colours (warm-cool, saturated-muted, light-dark). Its a funny thing to play with, i enjoyed it, and helped to find which colours fit me best (was not easy, im not a well definable type).

I think its a good choice btw, based on what i wrote before and on your avatar picture. You seem like a cool-dark complexion bc of rosy cheeks and i would say rather muted than saturated. Therefore i think you should avoid very dark hair colour (muted) and golden tones (cool).
But if you see yourself otherwise ignore my post, photos can be inaccurate based on lighting etc.

I would think With the highlight it could look kind of cool, but dont get the highlight super light brown, maybe like a tone or two lighter from your hair color.

I think it looks really good on ppl with very contrasted colours. Like on cool or clear winter types. Like im for example a soft summer type with the most muted colours and my skin is not contrasted to my hair, they are similar colours in saturation, black looks terrible on me
But i really suggest to check on yours bc photos can be deceivable and I may see your colours wrong.

You have a beautiful complexion, I'm sure you can pull off pretty much anything with the only exceptions being very bright shades of blond / red hair.

Your current brown suits you, though.
