Most White Nationalists are loyal to the white race, not country, because they dont like the general politics their country is heading though. They also would say they like more any white nationalist from any country, then a black or liberal american. Also depends on definition of patriotism, I understand patriotism as support of a country, so white nationalists are not really patriotic.

In traditional religious group it's not rare. Well less common in christianity, but in islamic circle, the hardcore religious claim to beleive in ouma and not in nation.
